In the heart of Tuscany, in Cortona, Spiriti Toscani is a craft distillery that is the result of passion, dedication and a dream cultivated over time. We are two communication professionals, with a background in graphic and web design, but with a deep and unstoppable passion for the world of high quality spirits.
After five years of study, experimentation and deepening, we decided to turn our enthusiasm into a concrete reality: a distillery that combines tradition, innovation and craftsmanship.
We are artisans of taste, explorers of knowledge and devotees of Tuscan excellence. Our goal is to create unique, authentic distillates with distinctive character, using only selected raw materials and production processes that respect quality and purity.
Each of our creations is the result of careful research and a meticulous approach, to offer a sensory experience that tells the story of our land (Tuscany) and our vision.
The distillery is where tradition and innovation meet to give birth to distillates of excellence. We use a 200-liter discontinuous bain-marie still, made entirely of copper and powered by electricity, to ensure precise control of operating temperatures and gentle, uniform distillation.

Each stage of production is followed with artisan care, from the selection of raw materials to distillation, refining and bottling. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality spirits, each of which tells a unique and unforgettable story. From traditional London Dry to the most aromatic and complex gins, from the liqueurs of ancient folk recipes to the enveloping bitters of Italian tradition. Under the Spirtiti Toscani brand, we have a gin with a dry vocation, Nabucco, closely tied to the territory through the use of local juniper and the prestigious Syrah Cortona DOC by Stefano Amerighi. Characterized by a strong identity, it is a gin with a bold and intense aromatic profile. Currently being perfected for its upcoming release is a liqueur with a rich taste, featuring a traditional base component and a very distinctive herbal aromatic note that sets it apart.
